Privacy

Underground Volleyball is a grass volleyball organization in Memphis. Below is everything the league stores about a player, where the data sits, and who to email about a copy or a removal.

What the league stores

• First name. Shown on your team roster and used to address league email.
• Last name. Optional. Tells two players with the same first name apart.
• Email. Signs you in, and receives schedules, reschedules and score notices.
• Phone. Optional, and typed in by an admin rather than by you. Reaches a captain about a rain call or a late change.
• Avatar. The fox you pick in settings, shown next to your name.

Filing a score also records your name against that result, so a disputed game has somebody standing behind the number.

Where the data lives

Supabase hosts the database and the sign-in system. Resend delivers league email. Vercel serves this site. No other company receives a copy.

Cookies

Signing in sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in between visits. No analytics, no ad trackers and no third-party scripts run anywhere on this site.

What other people see

Your first name, last name and avatar appear on the public page of any team you join. Email and phone stay with league admins, and are never sold, rented or handed to an advertiser.

Changing or removing your data

Your name and avatar are editable at any point in account settings, where deleting your account is also yours to do. Deleting is immediate, and overwrites your name, email and phone. For a copy of everything the league holds about you, email theundergroundvb@gmail.com.
